We can't get enough of our local musicians!  This week saw the 1st appearance of Geo Ulrich, violinist with Luna Rumba who played with Philo and the band, Al & Zoe (Mango Duo) who played at Roberto's Xocolatl and Tatewari who played the opening Sunday of the Mercado Huanacaxtle Market!  I just received a link from La Cruz resident Esaú Galván, one of the guitarists in Tatewari for a YouTube video of a solo number: check it out by clicking HERE.

La Cruz celebrated the first evening of Dia de Muertos last night at the Mercado del Mar of the Marina Riviera Nayarit in a celebration that included the coming ashore of several CATRINAS, a community altar in honor of loved ones passed away and live music and lots of fun.  La Cruz resident John Pounder, a marine electrician, photographer, drone enthusiast, world traveler and general man about town took these incredible photographs to commemerate the event.  You can see the full gallery on his JLDigitalMedia website…
